In line with its social responsibility and commitment to ssupport the local community, development of the national economy and fulfillment of Vision 2023, Al Yamamah University, hold its annual YU fourm 2022, under the title of Family Businesses Future Prospects and Success Enablers. The Fourm Focuses on the vital role of family business in building a strong and prosperous private sector that can play a pivotal role in the acheivement fo the soical and economic goals of Vision 2030. It brings togher family business leaders, experts, and interested parties. Th Fourm includes distingusheid speakers, panel discussions, and peer reviewed research papers.

Criteria for the Participating Papers:
The paper must address one of the Forum topics. The paper must not exceed 5,000 words including the abstract. The paper must be original, not have been published or presented before. The paper must pass the review and selection process. Accepted papers will be published in the forum’s proceedings.
